The cabin

A place to stay, shaped by land and tide.

Coming summer 2026.

Tucked into the forest on Read Island, the cabin at Surge Narrows is being shaped slowly — with care for the land, the tides, and the quiet that defines this place.

It is not designed as a retreat from the world, but a return to it.

A place to wake with the light, watch weather move across the water, and settle into rhythms that already exist here.

The view from the back door over the channel.

The view changes hourly. The pace does not.

Looking ahead

In time, the cabin will welcome guests seeking a slower stay — one rooted in weather, water, and the everyday beauty of island life.

Until then, it remains part of the landscape, quietly taking shape.

A place to arrive — and stay awhile.
