At Of Surge & Keel and Surge Blooms, each item is made or finished by hand with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, we have a clear refund policy designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our customers and our work.

One-of-a-Kind boards
All boards are one of a kind and final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for boards due to:

Change of mind

Natural variations in wood grain, colour, texture, or epoxy pattern

Normal wear over time

Damage caused by improper use or care
Natural wood movement, grain variation, and subtle irregularities are part of what makes each board unique and are not considered defects.
Damage or defects
If your board arrives damaged or there is a defect in workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we will offer a replacement (when possible) or a full refund.
Surge Blooms salves & body-care products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all Surge Blooms salves and body-care products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
We do not offer refunds for:

We encourage customers to carefully review ingredient lists and product descriptions before purchasing. If you have questions about ingredients or suitability, please reach out prior to ordering.
Damage or errors
If your Surge Blooms product arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

All orders are shipped using tracked shipping, and insurance is applied where appropriate.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed and reflected by your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to damage or an error on our part.
