Shipping & delivery

We want shipping to feel simple, clear, and considered — just like the pieces we make.

Our current shipping rates are:

Free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $125
Flat-rate shipping of $20 CAD on orders under $125

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, tracking, and standard insurance to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping locations

We currently ship within Canada only.

Local pickup may be available on Vancouver Island by arrangement. If you’re nearby and would prefer to collect your board in person, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing time

Boards typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Because each piece is finished by hand, occasional delays may occur. If so, you’ll be contacted directly with an update.

Shipping method

All boards are shipped using tracked and insured standard shipping with a reliable Canadian carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Packaging

Each board is carefully wrapped and cushioned using protective materials designed to prevent movement and damage during transit. Packaging may vary depending on the size and shape of the board, but care is always taken to protect both the wood and epoxy.

Delivery & responsibility

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your board arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

A note on shipping costs

Shipping and packaging costs are thoughtfully built into our pricing structure. Offering free shipping on orders over $125 allows us to ship responsibly while keeping smaller items accessible.
